The fee for holding and reserving a
room is $150 due with the lease agreement.

| The first installment
payment - quarterly, semester, monthly, or one annual payment
- is due on August 1, 2010. |

The $500 security deposit is due on
August 1, 2010 with your first installment payment.
*Parking permits are $300 for the academic year.*
