WE ARE ACCEPTING LEASES FOR ALL ROOM SIZES FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2012-13.
ALL UTILITES ARE INCLUDED AS WELL AS DIRECTV AND ETHERNET INTERNET CONNECTION.
The fee for holding and reserving a room is $50 due with the lease agreement.
The first installment payment - quarterly, semester, monthly, or one annual payment - is due on August 1, 2012.
The $500 security deposit is due on August 1, 2012 with your first installment payment.

*Parking permits are $300 for the academic year.*
All residents at Stenner Glen are required to purchase a meal plan.
